                                Current Scope of Practice:

                                Ms. Liu's practice focuses primarily on corporate law, banking law, securities law, international trade
                                law and finance law. 

                                Affiliations and Accomplishments:

                                Cindy is admitted to practice in New York (1996), New Jersey (1997), the District of Columbia
                                and Massachusetts (1998).  Cindy is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for           
                                the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

                                Education:

                                Ms. Liu received her B.S. from Cornell University (1992) and her J.D. from Rutgers University (1995).
