                                Scope of Practice:

                                Henry has over 15 years of experience handling complex international arbitration matters and has        
                                represented clients in connection with energy, oil and gas arbitrations, intellectual property disputes
                                and investor based arbitrations.  His experience spans numerous countried including Bahrain, 
                                Brazil, Brunei, Costa Rica, Ecuador, France, India, Italy, Kuwait, Libya, Nigeria, Norway, Peru, 
                                the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the USA.

                                Education:

                                Henry received his LL.M. from King's College, School of Law in 1993.
