                                Mike's practice focuses primarily on corporate law, international transactions, insolvency and restructuring, 
                                distressed debt and international banking law. 

                                Admission Pending (New York).  Formerly taught english in Ho Chi Min City, Vietnam. Climbed 
                                Mt. Kilimanjaro.

                                Education:

                                Mike received his JD from New England School of Law in 2006 and his BA from Providence College
                                in 2003.
