Current Scope of Practice                               

Abdulaziz has significant experience working on a wide variety of cases including representing multinational corporations in litigation cases before the courts of Saudi Arabia, arbitration cases in multiple jurisdictions, business transactions, and regulatory matters.  In addition, Abdulaziz regularly represents multinational corporate clients in connection with obtaining necessary governmental approvals and licenses.

Abdulaziz is a member of the Saudi Bar Association, certified certified by the Ministry of Justice, and certified Commercial Arbitrator in the Commercial Arbitration Center for the Gulf Cooperation Council states.

A licensed Saudi lawyer since 1436 AH.
Notarized certified by the Ministry of Justice 1439 AH.


Education

Master of Laws from Pennsylvania State University - 2014.
Bachelor of Sharia from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University - 2011.
